As we grew, we began to pay special attention to retail store construction and remodeling projects. For our Retail Chain Store clientele, we schedule and complete larger projects at multiple locations - cabinetry and fixture replacement, carpet and flooring replacement , lighting enhancement and "department remodels" are all done with the minimum interference with retail sales operations.

Serving the construction needs of the Retail Chain Store industry led us to identify the need for regular attention to the appearance and functionality of heavily used retail stores. To meet this need, we developed an interactive system used by Retail Chains to provide fixture repair and maintenance and "high traffic area" painting at scheduled intervals. Scheduling, work order approval and invoicing. Quarterly visits are typically used to meet these needs, but we are happy to design a system that meets your specific requirements.

We've been completing commercial construction projects in the Southern California area since 1983. In 1994 we opened our office in Arlington, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. We now work throughout the Southwestern United States. In 2000 we again expanded, offering our professional services in Washington and Oregon.
